New Updates are Live

A few new updates have been made to the website.

First and perhaps the most important update is REGISTRATION Membership. That’s right to sign up for membership look to the login field and click register. A registration page will load asking for a user name, email, First and Last name, and a password once the information is submitted you will receive an e-mail to enable your account (this link expires in 2 days). Then just login to the site and from the login sidebar click Profile.  You can upload an avatar for a profile picture, as well as provide more contact information such as phone numbers, your website, AIM/Gmail IDs, etc.

Second, to the left hand sidebar there is a new Events Calendar. Here you will see dates and times for upcoming events such as General body meetings, activities, and the date our 5th Annual Regional HFES Student Chapter Conference.

Third improvements have been made in the back-end of the site to improve speed and load times.
